Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, I guide and evolve projects with a user-centred design vision and framework of understanding, research, discovery and analysis to delivery beautiful, simple products.
Empathy for the user, a desire to understand their objectives, motivations and obstacles so that we can make their experience better, is key to driving a business’ growth and north-star in a competitive market.
